hi sir. my father in law made a will in favor of his daughter of a plot allotted by ngo housing society. he made it in printed form by signing with two witnesses and without registering he kept in home. he died two months before. now other daughters and his son objecting that they too want the said plot saying that the Will deed is in printed form and also not registered. hence it is invaluable Will. is it true . if not true how to acquire the plot allotted the daughter mentioned in the Will deed. pls clarify sir.

will is valid . need not be regd . apply for probate of will . contcat a local lawyer

Will is not required to be in any specific format. It can be even oral what to talk on printed format.
As the dispute has arose over the genuineness of the will, the beneficiary is required to get this will probated from the court of law.
