Removing of item

I had given some space to ground floor owner to hang his air conditioner on my wall in good gesture without any agreement or royalty.Now that owner had sold that property to some other person and I would like to vacate that part which he is not removing but also not removing that air conditioner please tell me how can I remove it and if I had to ask for any royalty on what basis I can ask for that amount?

If it is your place you can always ask for vacating the same or rent for its user.
If the new owner is not doing anything above then you can file eviction suit against him.

You had given a permissive possession of that space to earlier owner and you are free to revoke your permission by issuing a legal notice and then filing a civil suit for possession.
