Dear Expert ,
We have 5 to 6 gunta land in Titwal , manda.
few years earlier we hand constructed 2-3 houses for living. so in our 7/12 uttara , there is a remark of "kul-kaida cha bhang".
after that we decided to demolished the houses , and now the land is empty.
Now we want to remove the remark of "KUL-KAIDA CHA BHANG" from the 7/12 uttara.
How to do it please guide , and how much money we have to pay to Gov. pls guide

Contact local Patwari who do report about the status of the land after every 6 months. He is the local revenue officer who shall insert this change of land use in its record and accordingly the same shall be inserted in the extracts of 7/12 on its renewal.
