Please provide following reply with any SC or HC judgement.
1. From 1950 to 1976 there was no land record (7/12). while from 1977 in 7/12 name of other person was recorded without knowledge of owner. such person has sold the land. How owner can challange this case to cancel this sale deed and take possession of his land.

7/12 is a record of right, that is to say, of title and ownership.Entries in 7/12 are presumed to true unless rebutted by evidence.
According to you abruptly in 1977 unauthorized entries were made but the great question arises why did you do nothing about those entries during past 35/36 years.
At then a title suit against that person along with government was your remedy and now a suit of cancellation of sale deed is your remedy but on plain facts your this remedy appears to be barred by law of limitation ,additionally as there is a buyer now he shall claim bonafide purchaser for value .
In present circumstances you are advised to visit a local revenue law lawyer and get record inspected to know if some thing can be done to avoid hurdle of limitation law.

True owner shall have to file a suit for declaration seeking setting aside the sale deed and further mutation entered thereupon and shall also have to file a criminal case against the seller and buyers.
