Agreement for carpet area

Agreement is very clear on built up & carpet area terms .

However, if u want to dispute the area, hire Architect, and get certified your area is less and approach consumer forum to recover your extra paid amount if any.

The Developer is trying to cheat you. If he refuses to adjust the price then file a case before the consumer forum.

You can file a consumer complaint in the subsequently given facts.

file RTi application to find whether plans modified or not .in any case your agreement is sacrosant . if agreement mentions your carpet area builder is bound to provide you said area . in case of discerepancy move consumer forum
