Dear Members,
I have purchased a House property via an Auction held by Bank under SARFAESIA. The Bank has asked me to prepare all the documents / deeds relating to purchase of the property. Please provide me a draft of the Sale Certificate to be issued by the Bank and also a draft of the Sale Deed which is to be registered. I understand these are the only two documents required or are there any other documents in an Auction Sale?

we dont provide ready made drafts . contact a local lawyer. when you can afford to buy property via auction you can also afford to pay legal fees
