Maintenance

(Querist) 25 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
Please advice me when a mother can claim maintenance from her earning sons?
Under DV ACT a mother is claiming the maintenance and later on she files the criminal complaints. In this case a mother is still eligible for maintenance? If yes, why?

yes, she can claim maintenance.

She has every right to claim the maintenance so it better not to force her to go to court and resolve the matter within boundaries of your house.

Do not resist , pay a reasonable amount to your mother for her mtn, at your earliest.

It is better to loose in court, to Win in Life. It will be credited 100 times & god certainly reward it, give u bk .

Why did u created a situation that ur mother have to go to court for her mtn?? ur wife instigated you to stop help to ur mother??

Remember, Nobody loves you more than your mother, all time. under any situation, in whole of the universe.

So ur Adv is doing his duty towards the court for end of justice.
