Which application to be decide first o39 r1 or o7 r11

Sir,

If in a suit for injunction, plaintiff move application under O39 R1 CPC and before disposal, defendant appears and move application under O7 R11 CPC for rejection of plaint.

Now, pl. let me know which application should be decided first. If the answer is supported by any case law, pl. suggest.
