How to put on record additional documents

(Querist) 16 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
I have filed a writ petition in the high court of Delhi. There are certain annexures that have not been annexed on the earlier date.

How do I put those documents on record? As far as I understand, I need to file an Interim application for this.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 16 February 2013
Yes you need to move an Application for this purpose.

While drafting the application, do explain the relevancy of such documents with your case.
Advocate M.Bhadra (Expert) 16 February 2013
You can file at the time of hearing or you can file a leave petition to mention the same before hearing.
