Waiver of stamp duty on gold loan by patsanstha in maharashtra

(Querist) 17 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir
I am a secretory of co-op patsanstha. we disburse gold loans and we make documents on Rs. 100 stamp paper
Now it is learnt that there is waivr of stamp duty on gold loan vide maharashtar state Notification vide 2004 -/1449/CR 276/ M-1 dated 01/7/2004
plz let us know whether it is waiver is contineued till today or not
