IF WE MORTAGE A IMMOVABLE PROPERTY LIKE LAND OR HOUSE THAN MAXIMUM IN WHICH TIME WE CAN CANCEL THE MORTAGEDEED?

If you pre payment to repay the loan , the mortgage would be cancelled.

There is no prescribed limit for this purpose in law.

For enforcement of mortgage the timke limit is 12 years. Mortgage can be released any time earlier on repayment of the debt.
