Bail bond

I belong to Chandigarh and there is a case under Sec 138 Negotiable Instruments Act in Delhi. I have to take bail, what is the acceptable form if I cannot produce a local surety. Can I furnish a Cash Security or a person from Chandigarh can stand as surity and sign the bail bond.

Do pray for such relief at the time of grant of bail.

It shall be better if you keep ready the verification of the property of the surity of chandigarh from local Tehsildar with the attested photograph of such surity of the same application. Such surity shall be duly entertained by Court at Delhi for the desired purpose.
