i am really grateful for the efforts shown by the experts in solving my query. but i am at pain to say that all of the experts have quoted a wrong case judgement .

It would have been better had you posted this subsequent clarification in the same thread so that your fresh comments would have been judged accordingly and our reaction would have been proper.
Anyway, the experts avoid providing desired citations because those are not available with them rather they have also to search online which every person can do so better do labour at your end instead of availing the valuable time of the experts for your own personal work.

i am really grateful for your advise. but if the citation is available online then i would not have posted this question for the experts ,because if something is available online then what is the need of an expert advise.
on the other hand i have posted on the subject line that this case is related to promotion rule in du law.
but most of the experts have searched it on net without looking at the subject matter and have given me wrong information.

this is a forum for providing the solution to the problems faced and i have not written anywhere that i have no faith in experts.
so instead of making this forum a courtroom for arguments , please provide the relevant citation if it is available to you.
