Dear sir(s),
kindly give your expert veiw that anticipatory bail for husband in 498a is in pending in back 7 month and every new date is giving by session court in bihar, patna.
kindly suggest that what to do for expedite for getting bail as divorce and child custody petition is in pending from husbnad side to file before court immediately against cruel wife due to pending of AB.
kindly share your valuable view.

In sessions court application for anticipatory bail often drag for long.
You better withdraw the application ad file the same in high court.
The chances of AB is always higher in higher court.

What is the harm if your application is still pending? The pendancy of the other two petitions told by you have no bearing of the pendancy of your bail application.
You can easily initiate further action in those petition.
