This query is : Resolved
"Sir,am a juvenile offender booked under IPC376(medical cerificate states that rape has not occured and sexual assault cannot be ruled out) and i was 16 at the time of offence. The trail court took three years to have a verdict in which i was sentenced 1 year in rehabilitation center at saidabad hyderabad on october 2011!I was doing B-TECH 3rd year at the time of verdict in trail court, later on we went for an appeal for sessions court. At present case is under trail and am about to complete graduation.
Under the JJ ACT 2000,in 19th amendment it was clear that juvenile offenders are not subject to disqualification,in fact their relevant records are to be removed from the respective police stations.
1)If i get convicted in sessions court,i cannot be kept at juvenile homes or adult prisons. What will be the punishment???
2)Does this conviction effect my employment oppurtunities ???"

If you apply in Govt sector how do you respond to query in attested form regarding (i) prosecution(ii) arrest (iii) bail (iv) custody etc.
Further Govt has a strict policy regarding CAW accused/convicts being on their rolls.
