Dear Sir,
Panchanan cold storage a pvt ltd company took Rs.3.30 crs loan from Singur Branch of our Bank by way of equitable mortgage.After taking loan the company changes the directors & appoint new directors by way of form 32.In the meantime the said company closed down their accounts.
The question is,during handing over the security documents who will sign in the mortgage register.Old directors whose name were written in the Memorendum of Entry(MOE) or the newly appointed directors?

New directors with proof to be submitted for their such appointment and they should also affix SEAL of Panchanan cold storage a pvt ltd company below their sign.In fact documents are being released to the company by it's authorised human agency who now are the New and not the Old Directors.

As form 32 has already been submitted so the new directors have taken over the place of the earlier directors so new one have to sign for all purposes now.
