I am going to submit my salary slip and offer letter, medical bills etc after all this my saving is Rs 400.
How much my dear 498a will get after my geniune expenditure?

is your wife working ? if wife is not working and unable to maintain herself court will award her reasonable maintenance

My dear 498a madam is not working.
Can that reasonable amount less than 1500?
I went to jail to get regular bail in 498a can this benefit in reducing her maintenance?

There is no possibility of lesser amount than Rs. 1500/- in modern time and your jail visit shall not affect the quantum of the maintenance amount.

This incidence has no impact on quantum of award of maintenance .

What is your income?
There is fixed amount considered to be reasonable.
It would be fixed taking into account of your income.
The court would not pay much attention to your savings.

My present income rs 6000/-
If I have saving of rs 400 after my all necessary expenses how can I give my dear 498a rs 1500/-

Will going to jail not considered as damage to husband? Now most of judges know that 99% of 498a are false will not give wrong impression about my dear wife.

Your notion is true but it does not affect
quantum of maintenance which is decided on your earning in which you're madam 498a is first claimant.

By kind experts view I can say she will get somewhere around 1500-2000.
Can I give argument saying that earning rs 1500 to 2000 is not a big deal by doing some part time/full time job?

artificial reduction of carry home is not generally accepted. It is total income minus mandatory cuts which matters.
