Recorded voice in mobile

I wish to know,that recorded voice in mobile instrument can be valid evidence in court,to proof the evidence?

even sanjay dutt case was also recorded voice through mobile and it was valid

What we have to submit for evidence and whether,we will get back our mobile back from the court,if we had to submit the same in court?

Your mobile is not required there rather the sim card shall be retained in the court record until the final decision of the case.
