Good Morning Sir,
I got married in month of may 2010 and my my did not stayed with me not even 10 days continually with me and she left my house went to her house by quarreling with me and recently I,e in th month of September 2012 she kept false 498a case on me and on my family members total six members ( on my father ,mother,un married brother,un married sister and married sister )and I came on bail and my family members got anticipatatory bail and sir last week i sent divorce notice to my wife and now just 2 days back I had received court notice under section 125 crpc and directing me to attend the court .So, sir what is 125 crpc and sir I am un employed person and give me your valuable advice how to over come this problem from her. Thanking you.

It means your wife has filed case for her maintenance.
The court would pass order of maintenance as per the status of both of you.
Your plea of unemployment is no ground for avoidance of maintenance.

you filed for divorce . she wont give you divorce easily . she wants to harass you . hence filed 498A . since you applied for divorce she has claimed maintenance . the court takes into account your income while deciding maintenance . please note your unemployment is no excuse to avoid maintenance if your wife is unable to maintain herself
