What is the procedure to change caste in transfer certificate. how can i file case in court.

MY FATHER BELONGS TO SCHEDULE CASTE (HINDU VALMIKI) BUT MY GRAND MOTHER GIVEN MY CASTE IS HINDU SHERIGAR (2B). HOW CAN I CHANGE MY CASTE AS MY FATHER CASTE. I HAVE FATHER CASTE CERTIFICATE.

You can apply for correction of the mistake to the office issuing the caste certificate giving full details, if they do not agree, file a civil suit with the help of a local lawyer.

dear Mr Raghurama,
Usually you are required to apply for the change in caste with the supporting document in this case with your father's caste certificate and also with an affidavit solemnly sworn by you before a judicial magistrate First class within your local court.
The application is usually made to the Sub Divisional Officer/Tehsildar/Village Administrative Officer/ Deputy Collector within your jurisdiction.
