Unauthorised trades done by broker

Dear Sir
One of my client have an account with a Broker in his account his email id and contact no. are not belongs to him where sms and contract notes of trades has been sent by broker what can be done over 8 lakh loss has been rectified by him in future and options what can help as a Lawyer we can provide to him ?

Loss out of stock trading can not be compensated through court of law.
What have you been doing all these months about his e-mail id and contact number.

Hi Devajayoti
Client did not get any confirmation from the broker side broker is saying i have informed on the no.'s which is in my Client Master i have proceed his task through SEBI and his query accepted in Arbitration.i sorted out two points for his favour one is he has not authorised someone else for trading no authorisation letter found in the Kyc Form and secondly his original contact no. not found in KYC and he did not get any physical contract note from the broker side. can i go with these points?
