Share of tenancy property

we are 3 sister & mother only.we are

residing in tenable home.my father expired

in 1991.we are all married sister.but my

eldest sister in 2005.at present we are

only two sister.my youngest married

sister is staying in kurla (mumbai) i am

staying next door to my mother's house.

my mother is sick & looking after by

myself only.

can i claim tenancy right without giving

any share to my sister & to my elder

sister's son & dauthers.

we belong to muslim community.

please give your opinion according to

shria law & indian law.

you not explain that property is self earned or ancestral property, even though all the legal heirs have rights

THE ABOVE HOUSE IS A TENANTIVE PROPERTY

(TRUST IS LANDLORD)WHO IS TAKING MONTHLY

RENT.
