You are ADVOCATE,
SO YOUR INCOME WAS NOT PROVED, AS IT IS NOT REGULAR:
JMFC Magistrate understand, your income id sufficient to pay mtn of Rs. 3000 to your wife.
Rs. 100/- per day is certainly a bare minimum for an Advcate's wife, to mtn and have a residence.
You can file Revision in Sessions, but Court may increase the amount too.

If you an advocate then definitely you might be having knowledge of such simple procedure and if you do not possess knowledge to deal with even 125 case then delete designation of advocate shown against your profile.
Criminal revision is the one of thhe remedies in your case.
