1. What action should be taken by Police when FIR is filed on person causing hurt which is not grevious but was intended to be grevious as (glass was used to beat the person).

2. What action should be taken by Police on parents who continiously beat her daughter for every small reason,and were daughter have wrote letter to police.What action should police to be take.

1. If intention was to kill then section 307 should be imposed otherwise a simple section 323 IPC as per simple injury report is sufficient.

2. Section 323 IPC, PWDV Act shall suffice.
