R.d.o. setsided my land succession,

sir, this is regarding my ancestor property,which is court allotted property, in 2011,i gave application in MANDAL REVENUE OFFICER,/MRO. to grant succession in my favour, after denovo enquiry,mro grant sucession in my favour, thereafter in 2012 some people file appeal in R,D,O. stating that the said order is not correct,and claiming the same land, after some time,when the said appeal, reserve for order,, i came to know through my contacts about appeal, i gave application for reopen and i was waiting for hearing date,after one month, to my surprise i receive order copy stating,inspite of so many adjournment i didnt appear therefore R.D.O ordering ex parte and setsiding my land succession, and directing M.R.O to do denovo enquiry and grant succession in favour of appelleant, my question is,which is competent authority for me to appeal againts said R.D.O ex parte order, please advise

You are required to post all the details of the family members left by the deceased and also property details.

The revenue laws are different in each state so it would be proper to consult a local lawyer but generally appeal of District Land Record Officer is before Revenue Appellate Authority (RAA)and after that to Revenue Board.

You need to file an appeal before Collector if you are a resident of andhra Pradesh.
