D/Sir,
attestation was required by the gazetted officer, I have done it by a notary govt. of india. is it enough. to gazette officer means some other higher authorities attestation needed.

You have not fulfilled the clerly mentioned requirement. A Notary Public is not a gasetted officer.

Notary Public is not a gazetted officer so attest your document to gazetted officer as per as terms.

Get that attested from Magistrate, or any one of the SDO of your area, MP, MLA, Block Development Officer, District Collector, Captain or Major of Ary, etc.

In some states principal / professors of Government Colleges,Principals of secondary schools(State Education Service), permanent doctors of Government hospitals, medical college etc. (State Medical Service), and State Admin (state Civil Service)and Police officers(State Police Service) are Gazetted Officers. There is a long list of gazetted Officers.

Notary is not even officer leave alone being gazetted.
You cannot be given a list of Gaz posts. Such posts run in thousands.

ASP/AP/DSP of every force and Police(and all authorities higher to him)

Govt doctor (including Vet Ayurveda, Homeo, (and all authorities higher to him)
Asst Supersede of Post office and some Postmasters/IPO as well (and all authorities higher to him)
Section Officer (and all authorities higher to him)
Ptivate Secretary (and all authorities higher to him)
Chief draughsman (and all authorities higher to him)
some Foremen in some deptts (and all authorities higher to him)
