Sir,
if my advocate is not guiding properly i.e. Not suggested ways to avert arrest, not arguing for discharge and wants to run case longer .
Doubt raised due to not filing application for continuation of bail.I'm distantly related in 498 case still got arrested and now on bail , later 306 added, now my lawyer advised for Anti cipatory bail , saying case will run for years. I put before him lot of evidences of my innocence ,also no evidence against me in chargesheet only blame of provking that too orally said by accuser with no third party evidence. Is there any direct way of putting evidences directly before police/judge before trial.

judicial process takes time . it takes some years for cases to be finally disposed of . if you are not satisfied with your lawyer engage another lawyer

In the Judicial Process time is taken. Evidences and exhibits are submitted as and when warranted by the case and attending Advocate knows it better. You may submit evidences directly but as and when required by the court in the case. However, if you are not satisfied with your Lawyer, you Can change him.

File complaint before Bar council if you do not satisfy yourself with the given opinions.

Take Regular Bail and allow the case to go on.
Evidence will take time . May be 3-6 years.
Do not doubt your Advocate only for delay!
Do not worry, & do not hurry, as 98% of 498 accused are acquitted, being false cases lodged.
