Dear Experts
Is there any Law specifying the Shape (i.e. round or other ) of the Rubber Stamp ?
Which colour of Ink (i.e Black or blue etc.)should we use ?
If I am a Company Secretary then Can you answer me with regards to CS professionals.

Avoid using red colour.
Size does not matter unless it is visually massive in size.
