Distance education course for LL.B. is not a recognised course. Therefore, the question of anyone obtaining LL.B. through distance education simply does not arise. Consequently, the question of the same being recognised for the purpose of enrolment with the Bar Council to enable the person concerned to practice does not arise.
THE PERSON CANNOT PRACTICE AS AN ADVOCATE BEFORE ANY COURT.
