Our client had been given a written receipt in Rs. 50/- stamp paper with his signature but that time no evidence signed in this paper.

Now Recovery case case is pending in court...

Client surprised that 2 Evidence signature is added by party in the above.

Both evidence signature is added after 1 months.

Please suggest, what kind of action will be taken from our end.

i thing this witness sign is not important in your case, once the main principle accept his signature than he obey the court order
