Caveat petition

Of the total plot of 18 decimal the land was divided into 3 equal division . i have purchase at the most right portion. & middle portion by sandip & left by hatai.but now there is little dispute create by mr.hatai between hatai & sandip and they r trying to add me for that dispute. so if i start construction of boundary wall or building any of them praying to pass injunction against me. for this can i apply for caveat petition? & for both of them or only against sandip .

yes, you have right to file a caveat petition before court against one or both of them under Section 148A of cpc
