Loan for residential flat

Sir,

I am seeking an advice. I work in Co. (a Govt of India Enterprise). My company is under BIFR ( Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction). Is it not possible for me to get home loan from banks/FI's ??

the lenders would be doubtful as to whether you will be getting your salaries on time

Sir,

For last 5 years.. the co. is consistently earning profits and it will in the fy 2013-14 will be out of the BIFR phase. as far as salary is concerned, it had never been paid late.

please suggest.

you can approach bank for loan . if your papers are in order loan would be sanctioned

Apply for housing loan in the same bank where your company is enjoying banking/credit facilities..

yes.. I can do that, the property which I have chosed has been approved with LIC housing finance.. shall I apply to them?

You may apply to them or any Nationalized Bank.
