In civil suit i want ot file opposite partys property plan in court in evidence can i file this as exhibit ,this is in xerox.

Photocopy cannot be exhibited but you can demand the original document from opposite party if the same is under its posesion.

Photocopies need to be proved through original. What are the scopes for submitting the original from your side or from opposite party.
