Hi my name is anil , i got AB along with parents now the IO from the wife side is asking for bribe of 1 lac and now the FIR is totally vague bcoj of this i got AB along with Parents.
Query- iam not able to give such amount and if he written chargesheet against us and will deposite in court so hearing will on chargesheet basis will go on or evidence will be ask to wife bcoj she has no evidence and i hve evidence against her also can i ask for evidence to IO yet i know that he would be not able to give evidence .what will i do to save me and my parents in future at the time of hearing and also can i ask for chargesheet copy ?

You can submit your evidence before the IO, but be careful when he is demanding bribe, he may destroy it. So it is better to contest it in the court. Chargesheet copy will be supplied to you by the court.

Better defend the case with the help of some good lawyer. We can not advise for bribe.
