i had a transfer of property case with naib tehsildar. he was about to announce decision, he got suspended. what will happen to my case now. can i get it transferred to higher court of sdm?

i filed appeal before sdm court against order of naib tehsildar S. meanwhile he was suspended and charge given to N Tehsildar B. sdm cort cancelled his order and directed N t B to issue a fresh order on merit, establishing a disputed point. Now record kanungo didnt accept file on grounds that case is of area S and it is addressed to NT B . can he do this ? do i need order to be readdressed?

naib had dsmissed my case on grounds of lack of evidence. i filed appeal in sdm court. he has quoted few evidence and directed nt to take legally acceptable statements and documents to establish that both names are of my grandfather. now is it binding . also can i submit notarisd affidavit in place of statemen t bfore nt court the case was that the khatauni had domestic name of my grandfather, different from other records

can i file online pil with high court in uttar pradesh regarding online transfer of life certificates of pensioners from banks to to treasury. they get lost in transit and pensioners are harassed

even after sdm court direction to naib court, he has kept it for six months, seemingly for bribe. should i go for declaration in sdm court or civil?
