The main objective was to suggest a possible solution to mitigate the difficulties of a person, a senior citizen, who is in distress and not to make him run from pillar to post for a solution and not to advertise any bank scheme as i knew that SBI was the first bank to introduce such a special and exclusive plan for such neglected senior citizens. i advise the learned lawyers to come out with some solution to the problem expressed by the laymen after all the laymen approach this forum for solutions and surely nothing else.if i had no solution i would not take part or even comment like "Nothing more to add". If anyone has a better solution to offer I am sure Shri Guptaji would be pleased to accept it.

Mr.Naidu - your explanation appeared as new thread, without the original query of Guptaji. Hence confusion. If your post is in reply to a query which has not appeared in this thread, it is fine and your reply is appreciated.
