Dear Sir/Madam
I have received a notice AC office of Chikamagalur,Stating that we have to produce our RTC of 1973, and 5years Income Details
My Income is below 200,000,and My Grandfather family property RTC 1973 and Family tree,
I have submitted all the copies ,
And it has posted for orders,Now after 4months now they want 81A Declarations copy,of Karnataka Land Reforms Act.
I approached the Sub-Registar office and taluk of for this 81A Copy and gave a Request Under RTI Act,after 30days i got reply,
They Sub-Registar office reply was,
destroyed of Documents, because only for 5years they maintain these 81A Forms.
My Sale Deed is 1995.
Taluk Office Reply was contact Sub-Registar
and apply.
Now i have given all the RTI Reply copy along with a requested Letter to AC OFFICE.
Sir/Madam I would not able to get the 81A Forms in above Department.
I also Do Not have a copy which i had given to Sub-Registra.
I want to know will my land be forfeited to
the gov. based on 81A form not found.
