Public charitable trust

(Querist) 13 December 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Can the Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act be applicable in Delhi? Since Delhi has no independent legislation

Also does the Charitable and Religious Trust act,1920 still apply? If yes pls give reference to a case.
