Regarding dual degree

(Querist) 15 December 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I have completed M.A.(English) through correspondence in 2012 (2010-12) and also completed B.ED(one year) in 2012 through Regular mode.Are my both degrees valid and if I am eligible to apply for Government services such as PGT posts in KVS and Navodaya Vidyalayas.Recently UGC has permitted dual degree courses in India.Are these valid for someone who have had dual degree prior to 2013 as in my case.Please help me.
