this declaration of pursuing two degrees at the same time is validated from which year ... if i pursue two degrees during this current year 2013 will it be valid or not... or i should wait for the next session .. please answer

if there is two different degree from different institution then may be valid.

However check rules and regulation of both university/college.

Some universities allow students to pursue two degrees at a time, and they are recognized by UGC as valid, thus there can be a ground for this query too to recognize it as valid. If both the universities have enrolled you for the respective course of studies simultaneously, you may obtain the same and proceed with it.
