Law is nothing but a common sense. when the accused has not been summonned by the court, how can he intervene in that case?

The accused has no locus standi in the trial court, without receiving any summons.

Without being served with the notice or being informed by the concerned police, how will the accused come to know about the goings on in the court?, however, he has got no locus standi to intervene without being summoned.
