Revision on intrime menatainance

The court has pass the intrime mentainace order on the groud that my wife is not doing anything on 9th december.Now i have surch a school in which she is teaching from long time and getting nice salary,i have filed RTI letter to school to gave her salary details,but they are not ready to provide any information,now in such case what shall i do ,i tried to contact with the schools main branch office also but they are also not coperating

is your wife filing income tax returns. if so make application calling upon her to file income tax returns in court for last 3 years. you can also engage a detective agency o gather all evidence in support of your case that wife is working . you can also make application to court to direct school to furnish requisite information

Well advised by the expert ajay sethi ji, you have to gather proofs and prove in the court that she is employed.

Amit,

There are rulings from CIC that schools who are affliated to various boards or getting grants are liable to abide by RTI Act.

Also, I agree with Ld. Sethi that sometimes Detectives can be of much help in such cases.
