Apart from the merits of your case.
You say you have disowned your mother, so suffering for want of money for the past 2 years. But, you say you got your master's degree just few days back. You also want to do PHD on abroad. How is it possible, how you are able to manage the financial constraints, (you father also died 2 years back).
What do you mean by disowning a mother?
The query seems to be imaginary. If the querist able to upload his degree certificate and his birth certificate which shows two different date of births, I am ready to answer.

Please Consult a Local Lawyer show him all the documents and request him to file a Declaration Suit in the Court confirming the actual D.O.B .Once the declaration is done the Court would instruct the necessary authorities to issue the actual D.O.B. Certificate.Entire process could be completed in 30 days.

Many parents do such frauds to cover up gap (or drop or failure) year of education and children consult this forum.
at least you have known and are clear that your father did a fraud.

You can try visit the Hospital where you were born / or Village Panchayat record if born in village in home.
then you can muster of DOB.
You can try affidavit from mother who is alive.
or else
hire a lawyer.

Mr.Nitin,
I have analyzed all the documents sent to my email ID.
The only solution to all your problems connected with your DOB is, make an application to the First Class Judicial Magistrate, to amend the date of birth in all the govt records including the Passport.
Normally, the court will get convinced on seeing your documents and will pass orders to amend the records. After getting this order, you may approach the Passport office and rectify your records.
Produce the order copy wherever required. It is not possible to rectify the old school records. But, you can give the date of birth as per the court order, for all your future academic applications. So, there after all the records will bear your DOB mentioned in the Birth Certificate.
You may approach the local legal aid centre, they will appoint you an advocate at free of cost.
