engage a local lawyer . issue legal notice to tenant to vacate the rented property . if he fails to vacate file eviction suit .

time it takes to dispose case will depend upon pendency of court cases in ranchi . lawyers fees vary

- Sending notice process aprox. 15 to 20 days nominal expenses. For suit time may be from 3 to 6 years depending on many factors. Lawyers fee vary and you can contact local lawyer and negotiate.

local lawyer will definitely help.first serve legal notice to vacate premises.
Then if it fails YOUR RECOURSE IS to file eviction suit.
being civil matters, time taken will depend on pendency of cases in the court.
