Respected all members,
If someone has made fake pan card of someone by making fake driving license (the copy of license was typed in a CA's office and that CA has also made fake stamp of ministry issuing driving license. He has used that stamp on the DL paper to make it look like government authorised). I want to know What is the treatment of this offense in the eye of law??

Just check with him once again and sort it out and advise him.Once it is proved his entire career and life would be gone since IT dept will not take it light if is genuine case

What is the grievance you have against your father, is it any outcome of your domestic disputes that you woke up suddenly to bring your father's criminal activities to light or before law? You can lodge a criminal complaint against your father before the local police and also with the Income department quoting his fraudulent activities.

Respected all memebers, my father does nt want to spend even a penny in house. He is hiding all his income in the court and is saying that he is going in loss and thus is unable to provide any maintenance to me, my mother and my elder brother. Where as his income is approx 50 lacs a year , he showing the income of only 1,50,000 rs approx.

Prabhakar sir, let me tell you that i am just a 19 year old student studying in ipc group 1 of chartered accountant course. I have an elder brother. My father has been in inumerable illegal relationship. including having relationships with prostitutes. He did marriage with my mother fraudently. It was his third marriage which he never informed any1. My mom had been victim of his abusings, beatings since 23 years. And so we had seen every such thing since birth. Our every necessity is fulfilld by our mother's family. Cz my 'great' father feels its a wastage of money to even support our food and clothings. He even tried to kill my mother 11 times and tried to choke me till death on august 18, 2012. He is a kind of man who wears shoes worth rs.4000 But dont wanna give even rs400 for our survival. He was the cause of my maternal grandfathr's death.He has been planning for divorce since 2009. I am just 19yrs old girl who has been watching all such things since birth, stands against for everything wrong happenin outside my house but forced to be silent and watch every wrong deed happening in my house. Moreover niethr me nor my brothr has any interest in his property or deed, we just want to complete our education and let him free for our loads forevr. Rest i know everybody has sympathy towards that man coz of his age but i wnder where is it written or which religion says that man abv 60 cant do any misdeed.

Information is still mid-way, incomplete and vague.
Otherwise, collect all the data/ information against your father with concrete evidence and report the matter to local police. If the police fails to initiate action, move to the Court u/s200 Cr PC read with 156 Cr. PC and you can teach him (your father) a great lesson by sending him behind the Bar.
You have no alternative but to engage a local lawyer for proceeding.
