Renewal of rent agreement

I given my premises in kerala for rent for 11 months from February 2013.
For renewal purposes whether I should enter into a fresh agreement or a simple letter is sufficient extending it to another 11 months saying that the terms and conditions agreed upon the last agreement shall remain unchanged.
A guidance from experts shall be highly obliged.

more addition, please, which i forgot to mention earlier. One If fresh agreement is required, whether e-stamp paper of Delhi is valid in the state of kerala.

No need for fresh agreement, just endorse on the back side of the old agreement.

No, Delhi stamp paper is not valid here.
You can get either fresh agreement executed or send letter renewing the tenancy on the basis of same tenancy agreement.
Since no fresh agreement is executed here, be careful while using words on renewal.

Yes, renewal of rental agreement on the same terms and conditions executed/agreed upon previously can be endorsed at the back side of the previous agreement or through a letter but care should be taken while choosing the words for renewal.
