Mother need not disown the son to disentitle him from inheriting the property s such deeds have no force. You have to rather execute a Will whereby you can bequeath all your property to any person you want. You can also execute a Gift but not advisable to do so since you would be instantly divested of the property the moment you make such gift deed.

She can make a will in favor of the person of her wish.

Your mother has full right to dispose of her property in any manner, by will, sale or gift. You don't have any right to claim that against her wishes.

The mother need not disown her son, she is the absolute owner of the property, she can throw her son and his wife out of her house, nobody can question her action. The mother has full rights to dispose the property in the manner she desires so.

yes. it being self acquired property of the mother, the mother can sell/will/gift it any way she likes. but if it is gifted,it cannot be retracted.A will can be rewritten/revoked.
