Issuance of allotment letters to society members

G/morning,
our housing society is 30 yrs bldg which was redeveloped three years back. All the members got occupation of their premises with same flat nos. only a floor elevation have were done due to ground floor converted as stilt parking. otherwise everything remain unchanged.
The builder made one single common agreement instead of individual agreement. Now the managing committee have decided to issue an allotment letter to all the members on behalf of society.
Can anybody share the allotment letter format for this purpose please.

request builder to furnish allotment letter format .

You can get the format from nearby society which has already issued such letters.
