hello experts,
my question is related with property matter ,there are 2 parties and b were a is applicant and be is respondent, in this case i am a ,my question is that during cross exam is running the respondent had brought some fraudly singed papers of the applicant and these documents are kept on record of the court ,but yet the court has not put any exepet no on it
1)can respondent can addmint any document at any time while this case is run around 7 years around
2)can a court take the opinion of handwritting expert ,and which section it is valid
please suggest me what should i do in this curcumtances

You may object the validity of the documents and prey for the report of Handwriting Expert.

The stage of filing new documents was already over, which was before framing of issues when both the parties are directed to admit or deny the documents relied upon by opposite party. You must raise an objection on filing fresh documents, prefer to submit an application U/O XIII CPC for rejection of documents.

If you feel that this document and the contents is not genuine and appears to be a forged one or fabricated for the case, you may by an application u/s 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, seek for handwriting expert's opinion to confirm the genuineness of the same.

Yes, during trial petition for appointment of hand writing expert can be made.
