Rcr from wife

Dear Expert,

I have filed Divorce case against my wife on cruelty ground. and currently she is staying with her parents. Now I got Sec 9 RCR letter from her Lawyer. Now at any cost I do not want her back in my life because of cruelty done by her and my father in Law.
What should I do now . please advice...

fight the case on merit

Even after passing of RCR decree court can not force any couple to live to gather. However you should proceed with the case on merits.

you have to fight RCR filed by your wife on merits .it appears your wife wont grant you divorce easily

Apply for transfer of suit for analogous hearing of both suits.
